With our Service Level Agreement Pack (SLA Agreement) all faults will be responded to within a 4 Hour period and fixed for £95 per month.

Entitling your company to 2 Hours free time each month, QNetworks will resolve your faults, provide consultancy and complete any ad-hoc requests you require

Should you need to report any faults then our 24x7 Helpdesk are always available to take your call. Here are some of the IT services covered with this Care Pack
