Q Networks remote control provides the facility for Q Networks engineers to remotely control your PC/Server desktop with our secure remote desktop control tool.
To allow Q Networks Engineers to control your desktop click on one of the Remote Control links on this page, click the Open or Run button at the file download dialog box.
Your Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware product may flag our remote control tool as a threat, click Ignore or Allow.
Once presented with the window informing that the Remote Control Agent has Started Q Networks can now control your desktop
Once the Remote Control session has been disconnected all traces of our Remote Control tool is removed from your machine
